Plans are underway for the construction of the tallest building in Northern Ireland. The development, called the Aurora, will stand at over 300ft high with 37 floors.

Designed by HKR Architects, the £90m development is expected to create 300 jobs over the two year construction, if approved by the Planning Service.

It is hoped the Aurora will become an icon for Northern Ireland.
